We have a 2-day refund policy, which means you have 2 days after your final approval to cancel the order and get a refund. Please note that deposit payments are non-refundable if a design is created.
To start a refund, you can contact us at info@invitationss.com If your refund is accepted, it will be directed to your payment options in the same day. Shopify may require additional days to process the refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All our items are non-returnable. If there is any problem with the order, we will produce the damaged ones and send them again.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
